Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

Water Treatment
Plants (WTP)

Custom-engineered water treatment systems for industrial process water, drinking water and utility water supply from surface, borewell and municipal sources across India.

Water Treatment Plants

Reliable Water Treatment for Industrial, Commercial and Municipal Applications

Vannsol designs and installs Water Treatment Plants for industries, institutions and municipalities that need consistent, high-quality treated water from raw surface water, borewell water or municipal supply. Every WTP is designed after a complete source water analysis covering turbidity, TDS, hardness, iron, manganese, microbial load and seasonal variation.

Whether you need potable water for a township, process water for a manufacturing plant or utility water for a large commercial facility, we engineer the right multi-stage treatment sequence for your source and your application.

Why Vannsol

Water quality varies drastically by source, season and location. Your WTP must be designed for your actual water, not average water.

Source-First Design

We Analyse Your Source Water Before Designing Any Treatment Sequence.

River water, canal water, borewell water and municipal supply each carry different contaminants in different concentrations at different times of year. We test your actual source, map seasonal variation and design a WTP that handles your worst-case water quality, not just average conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about water treatment plant design and installation.

What is the difference between a WTP and an RO plant?

A WTP removes physical contaminants like turbidity, suspended solids, colour, iron and bacteria using coagulation, filtration and disinfection. An RO plant removes dissolved salts and TDS using high-pressure membranes. Many applications need both — a WTP as pretreatment before an RO system for complete water purification.

Can your WTP treat borewell or surface water for drinking purposes?
