The Vannsol 25 Ton Water Chiller Machine is a high-performance industrial process cooling system engineered for continuous-duty operation in demanding manufacturing environments. Unlike standard air conditioning or portable cooling units, an water chiller circulates chilled water directly through your machine’s water jacket, mould cooling circuit, or process heat exchanger — delivering precise, consistent temperature control that protects equipment, improves product quality, and extends machine life.

Engineering and Build Quality
Vannsol water chillers are manufactured in-house with a focus on long-term reliability and low maintenance. All components in contact with chilled water — the evaporator, water circuit piping, pump casing, and reservoir — are constructed from SS 304 stainless steel or high-grade polymer to prevent corrosion and contamination of process water. The refrigerant circuit uses quality compressors and copper tube heat exchangers for efficient heat transfer and long service life.
Each chiller is factory-tested under full load before dispatch. We verify cooling capacity, temperature stability, pressure performance, and all safety systems before the unit leaves our facility.
